Razer Renews Its Commitment To Productivity With New Keyboards And Mice
Razer has introduced three new products in its Pro range for Spain, which it debuted last year to expand beyond the gaming devices for which it is so famous.
Its CEO, Min-Liang Tan, has already explained to elEconomista.es how this strategy fits perfectly with Razer’s objective: after all, the ‘gamer’ also has to work, and many will trust the same brand with which they they play. In this context, we must understand the launch of the Pro Click and the Pro Type, “professional” peripherals for work.
Today, Razer has taken another step in that direction with the introduction of three new products that follow the same lines of simple and elegant design, with wireless connectivity and ergonomics.
The Razer Pro Click Mini , as the name suggests, is a smaller version of the wireless mouse; Its compact design allows it to be carried with the laptop in a briefcase or backpack, maintaining a good experience thanks to its silent tactile ‘switches’ that will not disturb if we work at home, capable of lasting up to 15 million clicks.
This is a wireless mouse, capable of connecting to up to 3 devices via Bluetooth, and a quarter per 2.4 GHz connection thanks to the included USB adapter for a faster and more reliable connection. For the sensor, the Razer 5G Adfvanced has been chosen for greater precision, and the HyperScroll wheel that we saw in the Razer Basilisk V3 has been implemented, which allows to switch between free and touch mode.
The Razer Pro Click Mini is now available with a price of 89.99 euros. We can accompany it with a new mousepad, the Razer Pro Glide XXL ; like its predecessor, it has a micro-woven textured surface for greater precision in mouse movement; the interesting thing is that it is much larger than usual, covering the entire desktop. It costs 34.99 euros.
Finally, the Razer Pro Type Ultra is the new version of the company’s work keyboard, enhanced with user feedback from the first model. Therefore, Razer has implemented some changes, especially to the keys themselves, which are now silent thanks to new mechanical ‘switches’ with a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes and a new soft touch. A synthetic leather wrist rest is included for added support and better ergonomics.
The Razer Pro Type Ultra is also wireless, and can be connected to four devices at the same time via Bluetooth; we can switch from one to the other with the push of a button. The battery promises to last up to 200 hours. It will be available for 169.99 euros, throughout the last quarter of the year.
